Starter and Growth use the same Morning Dispatch flow. Pick by vans and users, then decide after the first morning check proves the fit.
New workspaces start on a Starter trial automatically: 7 days, no card required, and no plan choice before using the app.
All prices in USD. Taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout where required.

Which plan fits me?
Starter keeps the owner-operated morning simple. Growth adds room when more vans and more leads need the same answer.
Starter works best when:
- You run 1-3 vans.
- The owner, a supervisor, or a crew lead checks the morning.
- Up to 5 users is enough for the people who run, review, or view Morning Dispatch.
Growth is for teams with:
- You run 4-10 vans.
- Multiple supervisors, crew leads, admins, or viewers need access.
- Up to 20 users gives the team room to share the morning answer.
If one return trip, delay, or customer discount is avoided, the Starter plan can be covered for the month.
DockBeacon helps make missing gear, low supplies, open blockers, and dispatch overrides easier to catch before departure, but it does not promise every missing item, return trip, complaint, or dispute will be avoided.

Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Signup creates a 7-day Starter trial workspace automatically, with 25 total proof-photo uploads during the trial.
What happens after the trial?
Choose Starter or Growth if you want to keep daily checks and Morning Dispatch running. If you do not choose a plan, no card is on file and you are not charged.
How does billing work?
Starter and Growth are monthly subscriptions. Stripe-hosted Checkout and the customer portal handle payment details, invoices, cancellation, payment-method updates, and taxes where required. DockBeacon does not store card details.
What if a flagged van has to go?
An owner, admin, or supervisor can record the reason and send the van. The decision stays in the van history instead of getting buried in chat.
Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Active paid subscriptions generally remain available through the paid-through period. Unused trial days are not charged.
